Refund policy

Order Cancelations
To cancel an order, email contact@brookephotoedit.com before it has been shipped or a shipping label created.

Returns or Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are generally not accepted. If you encounter any problems with your order or if your order has not been received, please get in touch with me.

Damages or other issues
Upon receiving your order if you discover any defects or damage, or if you've received an incorrect item, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will take the necessary steps to resolve any issues.

Refunds or Replacement
Damaged or orders lost in the mail may be approved for a refund or replacement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since the return was approved, please contact me at contact@brookephotoedit.com 

Liability:
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave my care. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds or send replacements for packages lost in transit, stolen after delivery, or marked as delivered according to the shipping tracking information.

If your package has been stuck in transit for several weeks and has not been marked as delivered in the tracking information, you can file a missing mail search on the USPS website.
