Shipping policy

Liability:
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they leave my care. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds or send replacements for packages lost in transit, or stolen after delivery. 

If your package has been stuck in transit for several weeks and has not been marked as delivered in the tracking information, you can file a missing mail search on the USPS website or contact me and I can help file a missing mail search.

What are shipping and turnaround times?

- All products ship within 1-5 business days. Depending on the product and selection t checkout all orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage,Priority Mail, or First Class International.

** During the holiday rush, turnaround and shipping times may be longer than expected. 

Some items may ship separately. 

Can you do rushed shipping?

Can you do international shipping?
Of course, International shipping is available at checkout. 

Address Change Policy: All purchased items are shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. In the event of missing information, the buyer will be contacted at the email address listed on the order. 

If you need to modify the shipping address after making a purchase, it is your responsibility to notify Brooke Photo Edit of the address change BEFORE the item has shipped. Please be aware that we cannot accommodate address changes once the post office has your order, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in such cases.

** If your item has not arrived three days after the expected delivery date indicated on your tracking number, please contact me.
